Swiss Cheese Swiss Cheese Fondue Pot Background Information

我覺得我們這次作食物有一點太簡單做了. 我當出以為做這道蔡應該會很複雜可是我們做完才發現我們失誤了. 巧顆粒趟一下就好了, 不需要花超過十分鐘.

瑞士乳酪火鍋食譜 Swiss Cheese Fondue Recipe
乳酪火鍋Cheese Fondue是著名的瑞士傳統佳餚, 阿美家一直是由老公負責作這道菜, 據說以前的外籍媳婦必須會作這道菜才可以成為瑞士公民(!?).
四月初一對從UK來的年輕人在少女峰地區品嚐了這道瑞士傳統佳餚後, 覺得很好吃, 想要再吃一次, 請阿美推薦一家附近餐廳. 因為他們連住三晚, 且阿美老公特有的乳酪火鍋食譜很迎合親友的口味, 所以決定邀請他們在我們家享用乳酪火鍋Cheese Fondue, 他們吃得很開心.
為了免費招待連住三晚的民宿旅客一餐瑞士風味餐, 阿美向老公情商傳授秘訣以便服務民宿旅客, 於昨天中午(星期日, 四月二十日)親自下廚, 並請老公的哥哥、嫂嫂、姐姐及姐夫一起來品嚐阿美的乳酪火鍋Cheese Fondue處女作, 結果當然是“青勝於藍”!
瑞士乳酪火鍋食譜: 6人份
1公斤的瑞士Cheese Moitié-Moitié, 三片蒜頭切細小塊, 三粒紅葱頭切細小塊, 50cl的啤酒(或瑞士白酒Fendant), 3小匙的玉米粉或太白粉 (若您買的Cheese Moitié-Moitié內已加了凝固粉, 則不需要再加玉米粉或太白粉, 請仔細看包裝上的說明), 半白麵包500g切大片 (每個人拿一大片麵包, 用手撕成小塊放在餐盤裡, 然後插在吃Cheese Fondue用的特殊長柄叉子上沾已煮融的Cheese吃), 胡椒粉, Cumin (用以幫助消化), Kirsch櫻桃酒.
將啤酒、蒜頭、紅葱頭放在煮Cheese Fondue的鍋子裡煮沸, 轉中小火後加入Cheese Moitié-Moitié, 用木製的長柄鏟子慢慢地不停地攪拌, 然後加入玉米粉 (加點啤酒或白酒將玉米粉先融化), 直到Cheese融化且開始出現小泡泡(表示煮沸了).
將煮好的Cheese鍋移放在餐桌上預熱好的加熱盤上(轉小火), 將小麵包塊插在吃Cheese Fondue用的特殊長柄叉子上, 沾點Kirsch櫻桃酒後沾已煮融的Cheese, 然後沾點胡椒粉及Cumin, 一大口趁熱吃掉. 吃乳酪火鍋Cheese Fondue畤, 建議配啤酒或白酒, 餐後建議喝熱茶以幫助消化, 且應避免晚上太晚吃乳酪火鍋Cheese Fondue.
